Supersonic Strategies LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Flywheel Automation, through its website flywheelautomation.ai (the “Site”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Site or any related online or mobile services. We use the term “you” to refer to any visitor, user, or customer of our Site, all of whom are over the age of 18. By using our Site or providing information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
California Notice of Collection: If you are a California resident, please see the Your California Privacy Rights section below for important information about the categories of personal information we collect and your rights under California law.
Who We Are: Supersonic Strategies LLC (DBA Flywheel Automation) operates a business technology consulting firm primarily serving U.S.-based businesses through the Site listed above. For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, Supersonic Strategies LLC acts as the “data controller” of your personal information. For California residents, Supersonic Strategies LLC is a “Business” as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
What Is Personal Information: In this Policy, “personal information” (or “personal data”) means any information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to an individual. This includes obvious identifiers like your name, email address, phone number, or postal address, as well as less direct identifiers like your IP address or device ID. We recognize that certain laws define personal information broadly, and we endeavor to protect all personal information we collect in accordance with those standards.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information from and about our users in a variety of ways. This may include information you voluntarily provide to us, as well as information collected automatically when you interact with our Site.
1. Information You Voluntarily Provide
You may choose to provide personal information to us in various contexts, including:
Contacting Us (Emails and Forms): If you send us an email, fill out a contact form, or otherwise inquire on our Site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address, along with the content of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry or request. If you opt in to receive SMS communications, we also collect and store your mobile phone number and SMS consent preferences.
Account Registration: If our Site allows account creation (for example, to access a client portal or project workspace), we will ask for information like your name, email, and possibly other details to set up and manage your account, including creating login credentials.
Service or Engagement Registration: When you register for a consultation, discovery call, webinar, or engagement through our Site, we will collect identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, and any other required information. If there is an associated fee, we may also collect payment information (handled as described in the Payments section below). This information is used to onboard you into the engagement, provide updates, and fulfill our consulting obligations to you.
Purchases and Transactions: If you purchase products or services from us (such as consulting retainers, project-based engagements, or other advisory services), you may provide your contact details and payment information. Payment details are not stored on our servers; they are processed by secure third-party payment processors (see Payments below). We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your engagement, such as your name, billing address, and contact info, and we use it to process the transaction and deliver the service.
Newsletter and Email List Sign-Up: If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing emails, we will collect your name and email address (and any other information you submit as part of the sign-up). We use this to send you periodic updates, promotional content, and relevant news. You can opt out of these communications at any time as described in the Your Rights and Choices section.
Surveys, Contests, or Promotions: From time to time, we may offer surveys, contests, giveaways, or promotions. Participation is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you may be asked to provide your name, contact information, and any other required details. This information will be used to administer the survey or promotion and as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Social Media or Community Features: Our Site or services may offer community features, such as discussion forums, comment sections, or social media integrations. If you choose to post content or otherwise participate in these public forums, any information you submit can be read, collected, or used by other users or the public. Information you share in these forums is considered public and is not protected by this Privacy Policy. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information in public areas.
Note: Providing your personal information to us is optional. If you do not want us to collect certain information, you can choose not to provide it. However, not providing information when requested may limit your ability to use or access some features of our Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information you voluntarily provide to us with third parties. We will use and disclose your voluntarily provided information only for the purposes described in this Policy or as was clear at the time of collection. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with our Site (including via a mobile device), we and our third-party partners may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Site through cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies (see Cookies and Tracking Technologies below for more detail). This automatically collected information may include:
Device and Browser Information: Such as your IP address, device type (e.g., desktop, mobile, tablet), operating system, browser type, and browser language.
Usage Data: Information about your activity on our Site, including the date and time of your visits, the pages or content you view, the features you use, the links you click, and the page you visited before navigating to our Site.
Identifiers: Unique identifiers associated with your device or browser. For example, we may capture your IP address or set a unique cookie ID to recognize you on return visits.
Location Information: General location information may be derived from your IP address (e.g., your city or region). We do not collect precise geolocation (exact GPS coordinates) unless you explicitly permit it.
This information is collected to understand how users navigate our Site, to personalize your experience, and to improve our services and content. We may also use third-party analytics and advertising services that utilize cookies or similar technologies to collect usage data, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel from Facebook/Instagram. These pixels can collect information like your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visited, and they enable us to display targeted advertisements on third-party platforms. The data collected by these third parties may be combined with other information they hold about you and is processed according to their own privacy policies.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files that websites send to your device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information/settings in your browser. Like many websites, we use cookies (and similar technologies like web beacons, pixels, and ad tags) for a variety of purposes:
Essential Cookies: Some cookies are necessary for our Site to function properly (for example, to remember your login session or preferences).
Analytics Cookies: We use cookies to collect information about how visitors use our Site, which helps us analyze traffic and improve functionality. For instance, we use Google Analytics cookies to gather aggregate insights on user behavior.
Advertising Cookies: We and our advertising partners may use cookies and pixels to deliver and measure advertisements, including behavioral or interest-based advertising. This means we might show you ads for our services on other websites or on social media based on your interactions with our Site.
Embedded Content: Some pages on our Site may include embedded content (e.g., YouTube/Vimeo videos, social media widgets, or other external content). Embedded content from other websites behaves the same way as if you visited those other sites directly, and those third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.
Your Choices (Cookies): Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or delete cookies, please note that some parts of our Site may not function properly.
Opting Out of Analytics: You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by using browser settings to block cookies from Google Analytics.
Opting Out of Interest-Based Ads: Many advertising networks offer a way to opt out of targeted ads. You can visit the NAI’s opt-out page or the DAA’s consumer choice page to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising from participating networks. Additionally, on platforms like Facebook, you can adjust your ad preferences in your user settings.
“Do Not Track” Signals: Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. Currently, our Site does not respond differently to such signals. We adhere to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and we encourage you to use the opt-out options described above if you wish to limit online tracking.
SMS/Text Messaging Communications
Consent and Opt-In
When you provide your mobile phone number through our website forms, account registration, or service sign-ups, you may choose to opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from Flywheel Automation. We offer two types of SMS communications:
Account and Service Updates: By checking the box agreeing to receive account and service-related text messages, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your account, active engagements, and consulting services, including:
•Engagement confirmations and onboarding information
•Meeting reminders and schedule updates
•Account notifications and important service updates
•Project milestone reminders and check-ins
Marketing Communications: By checking the box agreeing to receive marketing text messages, you consent to receive promotional and marketing text messages about our services, special offers, new features, upcoming events, and company updates.
Both opt-ins are voluntary and not required to use our services. You may opt in to one, both, or neither option.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the communications you’ve opted into. For account and service updates, you may receive messages as needed based on your subscriptions and activities (typically 2–8 messages per month). For marketing communications, you may receive occasional promotional messages, typically no more than 4–6 per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
•Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
•Unchecking the SMS opt-in boxes on our website forms
Once you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.
Help and Support
For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].
Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other carriers. Not all carriers are supported. Check with your carrier for availability.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for a variety of legitimate business purposes. Supersonic Strategies LLC will only process your personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so – for example, because you have given consent, because it’s necessary to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, or to comply with a legal obligation. In general, we may use your information in the following ways:
To Provide Services and Respond to Requests: We use your information to deliver the consulting services you have requested, including onboarding you as a client, managing your engagement, granting you access to relevant project materials or portals, and responding to inquiries.
To Process Transactions: If you make a purchase or payment, we use personal and payment information to process that transaction, confirm your order, provide receipts, and deliver the relevant product or service.
To Communicate with You: We may send administrative or account-related communications to you, such as confirmations of your registrations or purchases, platform updates, or customer service messages.
To Personalize Your Experience: We use data to tailor your experience on our Site, including remembering your preferences, showing you content that is more relevant to your interests, or providing custom recommendations.
To Improve Our Services and Website: The information we collect helps us understand how our Site is used. We analyze this data to debug and enhance our website functionality, develop new features, and improve the quality of existing offerings.
For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: We may use your contact information to send you newsletters, marketing emails, and promotions about our products, services, upcoming events, or other opportunities. We may also use information about your past engagement with us to tailor these communications. You have control over whether you receive these communications – see Your Rights and Choices below.
To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: We may process personal information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, unauthorized access, security breaches, and other misuse of our Site or services.
To Comply with Legal Obligations: We may use your information as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, or to respond to lawful requests and legal process.
We will retain and use your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, and as required or permitted by law. When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain your information, we will dispose of it securely or anonymize it.
When and With Whom We Share Your Information
We understand the importance of your personal information and we do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing companies. However, we do share your information with certain third parties in the following circumstances:
Service Providers (Processors): We may share your personal information with third-party companies and individuals who perform services on our behalf. These include payment processors, email service providers, CRM software providers, cloud hosting services, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other IT or business support services. These service providers are given access only to the information necessary for them to perform their specific tasks, and we contractually require them to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Mobile Phone Number Sharing: We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile phone number may be shared only with our SMS service provider (for delivering text messages you’ve consented to receive), payment processors (when you purchase services from us), and service providers necessary to support your consulting engagement. These third parties are contractually prohibited from using your phone number for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.
Affiliates and Related Companies: We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, or other companies under common ownership or control as Supersonic Strategies LLC. Any information shared within our corporate family will be used in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Business Partners and Joint Ventures: Occasionally, we may partner with other businesses or organizations to provide co-branded services or events. If you engage in these joint offerings, we may share your information with the partner to the extent needed. We will generally notify you at the time of collection if a service is co-sponsored and if your information will be shared with a co-sponsor.
Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or legal process, or if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Supersonic Strategies LLC, or investigate and help prevent security threats, fraud, or other malicious activity.
Business Transfers: If Supersonic Strategies LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would only transfer the minimum data necessary and would contractually require any new owner to honor the protections and commitments we’ve made in this Privacy Policy.
With Your Consent or At Your Direction: We may share your personal information with other third parties in cases where you have given us direct consent to do so.
Payments
When you make a purchase through our Site, we use third-party payment processors to handle credit card and other payment transactions. Examples of such processors may include Stripe, PayPal, or similar services. These payment providers will collect your payment card information directly through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant web forms. Supersonic Strategies LLC does not see, store, or process your full credit card details on our own servers. All such sensitive financial information is transmitted directly to the payment processor, who uses your information solely for the purpose of processing the transaction.
We will receive limited information back from the payment processors as needed to record and confirm your payment – for example, a confirmation that payment was made, the last four digits of your card for reference, the payment amount, and date/time. All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security (SSL/TLS).
Your Rights and Choices
You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information. We want you to have control over your data and how it’s used. Below, we outline the options available to all users, followed by additional rights that may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Opting Out of Marketing Communications: If at any time you prefer not to receive promotional emails or newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email we send. You can also contact us at [email protected] to request removal from our mailing lists. Please note that you may continue to receive transactional or account-related communications even if you opt out of marketing messages, as those are not promotional in nature.
Cookies & Tracking Choices: As described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section, you can control or limit certain tracking technologies through your browser settings or third-party opt-out tools.
Deleting Your Information: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. We will evaluate such requests and, if required by law or if we find no lawful reason to retain the data, we will delete or anonymize the information. Keep in mind that we may need to retain certain information for specific purposes such as completing a transaction you initiated, complying with legal obligations, or other internal business purposes consistent with legal requirements.
Withdrawal of Consent: In cases where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you. (Please note, we do not sell your personal information and have not sold personal information in the past 12 months.)

If you are a resident of one of these states, you may have rights including: the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access that data; the right to correct inaccuracies; the right to request deletion; the right to obtain a portable copy; and the right to opt out of certain processing activities, such as targeted advertising. If you wish to exercise your rights under applicable state law, please contact us as described below.
Rights of EU/EEA, UK, and Other International Users
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or certain other countries with comprehensive data protection laws, you are entitled to additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws. Subject to conditions and exemptions set out in applicable law, these rights may include: the right to access your personal data; the right to rectification; the right to erasure; the right to restrict processing; the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by law (generally within one month). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority in your country of residence.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of minors is extremely important to us. Our Site, products, and services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 18 years old. If you are under 18, please do not use our Site or send us any personal information. In the event we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our records.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child (under 18) has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work to remove the child’s information from our databases and refrain from using it for any purpose.
Data Security
We employ a variety of security measures designed to protect your personal information and keep it secure. These measures include technical, administrative, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we collect. For example, we use encryption protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted on our Site, we maintain firewall and intrusion detection systems, and we restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to know it. We also require our service providers to follow strict data protection standards.
While we strive to protect your information, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You use our Site and provide information at your own risk. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law, and we will take all reasonable steps to mitigate any potential harm.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the “Last Updated” date stated at the top. We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other reasons.
